Assisted Living Facilities Must Report Employees with Substance Abuse or Mental Health Problems

Virginia now requires assisted living facilities, most of which care for our elderly family members, to report employees with alcohol and drug abuse and mental health problems. Previously, only nursing homes and hospitals had such a duty.
